In the ever-changing environment in which companies and other organisations operate, it is almost always essential to have an outside eye to help redefine the lines along which organisation, strategy and image are developed. The Consultancy and Strategy department of Les Rois Mages manages this type of mission. We assist our clients from the very beginning: from setting objectives through to deployment of the strategy, including the design and production of the necessary implements (documents, conventions, internal or external seminars, organisation of presentations to internal teams, media plans…).
Because the members of the Les Rois Mages team have such diverse backgrounds and experience, with networks in political, economic and intellectual domains, the task forces are tailored to each mission, capable of rapid response to problems posed, of ensuring a long-term follow-up to actions proposed and of making a real-time evaluation of their effectiveness.
In certain areas which demand specific skills, Les Rois Mages collaborates closely with specialised consultancy agencies. For example, consultancy missions that concern innovation and all matters linked to branding are carried out in partnership with Kaos Consulting, a brand strategy agency.

Paul Bouchayer - Poleetic
Paul Bouchayer has both a legal and a commercial background. He has held positions of responsibility in the fields of risk capital and consultancy in strategic marketing and communication. He joined Les Rois Mages in 2006 to develop the strategic consultancy operations of the agency.
Nicolas Laustriat - Poleetic
Consultant in online communication strategy and new media.
Nicolas holds a diploma from the CESI (a training institute), and is a multimedia designer and integrator. After being freelance for some time, he joined Equancy, a strategic consultancy firm specialising in marketing and communication, where he set up a new communication strategy for Lafarge.
He became independent again in 2006 and built up such a reputation for expertise that, in 2009, whilst continuing his activity as a consultant, he joined CEGOS as a trainer in WEB2.0 modules and in web design management and referencing.
Nicolas advises major clients on the maximisation of their Internet use (good practice, information sharing, crisis management, etc.) and counsels heads of companies desirous of grooming their e-reputation.
Degrémont is a subsidiary of Suez Environnement and a world specialist in water treatment plants. It operates in 70 countries and has 4,600 employees.
In 2007 Degrémont chose Les Rois Mages to design and carry out an internal survey with the aim of polling the opinion of the group's employees on major areas of Degrémont's activities, to identify their expectancies and measure their understanding of and their commitment to these major projects. In partnership with the CSA Institute, Les Rois Mages polled more than 4.500 employees throughout the world and set up a course of action for the Human Resources Department, with a view to improving the global performance of the group.
