Events and Public Relations

Everyone knows that, for any company or other organisation, an event is only worthwhile when it bears a concise well-thought-out message that fully expresses the role that the company wants to play in its professional, political and social environment.

For several years, the Les Rois Mages teams have been building up their reputation and expertise in event management, for both internal and public relations purposes. There is often a very thin line between a successful event and one which misses its target, and this can be put down to attention to detail.

Les Rois Mages takes charge of all aspects of the event: the concept, content, organisation, running and positioning, as well as all the technical and creative services related to it (setting up technical platforms, sound systems, creation of jingles, video clips, presentation films, music, decoration, reception and media follow-up…).

Les Rois Mages is also backed-up by a team of top professionals in key fields. They can be mobilised at very short notice: sound and light engineers, decorators, computer experts, artists, musicians, actors…

 

Vanessa Boyer

With a qualification from the Toulouse School of Higher Studies in Commerce, Vanessa Boyer acquired her first work experience in Argentina. She held several positions of responsibility, notably as head of production at the Teatro San Martin in Buenos Aires. After returning to France, she took up a post as administrator for a theatre company before joining Les Rois Mages in 2005. She runs the events and public relations operations of the agency.
